How free listings work
- You submit your details. Tell us your company name, contact details, the cities you serve and the services you offer.
- We verify them. We check the details against public records where they exist, such as a state or city towing license or a USDOT number in the FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot, plus your website and business listings.
- We add you to the right pages. Approved companies can be included in our city towing pages for the areas and services they cover. We only publish factual details you’ve given us or that we’ve verified, never made-up ratings or prices.
- You stay in control. Ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time.
What we look for
- A real, reachable business with a working phone number and a physical service area.
- Any towing license or permit your state or city requires. For example, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licenses tow companies, and the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection licenses businesses that tow in the city.
- Clear, upfront pricing for drivers, and compliance with local rules on non-consent and police tows.
We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion, for example if details can’t be verified or we receive credible complaints.

Frequently asked questions
Is the listing really free?
Yes. There’s no charge to submit your company or to be listed, and we won’t ask for payment details. A free listing will stay free.
How long does review take?
We review submissions by hand, so it can take a while, especially for cities we haven’t covered yet. We’ll email you if we need more information. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a listing.
Will I get leads from a free listing?
A free listing helps drivers find your company, but we can’t promise calls or jobs. How many people see your listing depends on the city and on which of our pages are live there.
Can I change or remove my listing?
Yes. Contact us through the contact page with your company name and the change you need, and we’ll update or remove it.
Why do you ask for a license or USDOT number?
We use it to confirm the company is real and operating legally before listing it. Requirements vary: Texas licenses tow companies through TDLR, and New York City licenses businesses that tow through DCWP. Interstate carriers can be looked up by USDOT number in FMCSA’s SAFER system.
