These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of towcars.com (the “Site”), operated by TowCars (“TowCars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What TowCars Is
TowCars is an information and referral website. We publish general guides about towing, junk cars, and car shipping, and we pass service requests to independent third-party towing, junk-car buying, and auto transport companies (“Providers”). TowCars does not provide towing, roadside assistance, vehicle purchasing, or vehicle transport services. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Provider.
2. Information Only – Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not mechanical, legal, insurance, or safety advice for your specific situation. Vehicles differ, and manufacturer instructions, your owner’s manual, and qualified professionals should always take priority. Any prices mentioned on the Site are typical estimates for illustration only and are not quotes or offers.
3. No Emergency Service
The Site and its forms are not emergency services. If you are in danger, injured, or blocking traffic, call 911.
4. Service Requests and Third-Party Providers
- When you submit a request, you authorize us to share your information with one or more Providers, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you agree that Providers may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Providers are independent businesses. We do not employ, control, endorse, inspect, license, or insure them, and we do not verify their licenses, insurance, pricing, or quality of work.
- We do not guarantee that any Provider will respond, be available, arrive within any time frame, offer any particular price, or perform services to your satisfaction.
- Any price, contract, payment, or dispute for services is solely between you and the Provider. You are responsible for checking a Provider’s credentials, getting a written estimate, and reading its terms before you agree to any service.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in any request, and submit requests only for vehicles you own or are authorized to move or sell.
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or spam requests, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
- Do not copy, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by TowCars or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertising

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOWCARS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE OR PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, DELAY, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED OR NOT PROVIDED BY A PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
